As a family-run and family-owned business, the safety of our staff and customers is paramount. We are monitoring closely government guidelines and doing all we can to ensure we can continue shipping Dotimals at this challenging time for us all.


We have put in place procedures in order to allow our staff to work from their home where possible. We have increased our already high standards of hygiene to include a daily clean on all fabrication machines, work surfaces and packing equipment.


We are working closely with our suppliers to maintain our raw material deliveries. All our raw materials are quarantined for 72 hours or cleaned and sanitised before use to minimise the risk of contamination from our suppliers.


We have a very limited number of staff, therefore, orders may take longer to dispatch than normal due to circumstances out of our control.


We are striving to maintain deliveries. Despite our best efforts, this could be challenging if our suppliers or ourselves are in a lockdown area. We have taken on more stock to be able to fulfil orders but there is always a possibility that we run into supply problems if we or are suppliers are locked down or prevented from performing normal business operations due to Covid-19 infection.
